New dishes for new season at Donato Enoteca

Chef Donato explains the new dishes included in the a la carte menu for this season.
We see salads with citrus fruits, Ahi tuna with Sicilian caponata, a delicious Fritto Invernale, but also more demanding dishes such as Dry-Aged Ribeye on a bed of polenta Taragna. Two new pizzas could not be missing: pizza nduja, rape e scamorza and pizza house-made speck, gorgonzola and pears. Super tasty! Super Yummy! I hope you can smell it too!
